The point is that we survived that and we’ll survive this as well but a lot better if McCain is in there rather than Hillary or Barack Hussein. On immigration, for example, if the rats are true to form, it will remain a controversial with McCain in there but is off the table with a rat White House, just as it was in their debates. Obviously, not a perfect situation but it never is. As much as we bitch about the last 8 years, imagine if Prince Albert or Ketchup Boy were in there.
I am compelled to agree. A lot of us are disappointed just now. Many, myself included, are angry. Many are just plain disgusted. It is understandable.
I hope the past couple of days has been a "grieving process" people are going through. So let's get through it and look to the future.
So, what can we do? I'll tell you what. We can "hold their feet to the fire". All of our elected officials. President and Congress.
We can return to the "roots" of FR.
FR and the FReepers have proved that FR is a force to be reckoned with. Many times over during the past 12 years.
Jim started FR back during the clintoon administration and with remarkable results. Let's not forget that.
