Perhaps, but Coburn is one of the most principled, conservative Senators we have seen in decades, and is a very intelligent and knowledgeable politician, so I think conservatives would be wise to follow his lead. It is likely he would refuse to take a position he didn’t believe to be in the best interest of conservatism.
Sorry I wouldn’t follow my own chosen candidate (Also a fine conservative) to vote for Huckabee so I won’t follow Coburn to vote for someone who hates me.
