It isn't.
Only a vote for Hillary is a vote for Hillary.
Anything else which makes her numbers go up is stolen or fraud.

Of course. But there are consequences to every action. Hillary's victory depends on her vote count being higher than that of her opponent. Voting for her contributes to that victory. So does not voting for her opponent. If that's what you please, so be it.
