NOT ONE PENNY!!!, will be our battle call

So, let's see, the way to "win" this one is getting Hillary or Obama elected.

Or, you could just do what I plan to do. I normally put $100-$200 into the presidential race. This year, I'll just put it into congressional and gubernatorial races instead. My money is finite, and I'll be damned if I'm going to help one liberal get elected over another when there are plenty of conservatives who could really use the cash.

They don’t need money to get votes. People will find out through talk radio, and the internet.

Hell, the GOP doesn't care! We in my house personally answered every phone call and solicitation from the GOP with "SECURE THE BORDERS!"....for over THREE YEARS. Even my kids were taught to do it! Then when Shamnesty came to a head, and push came to shove, we mustered enough of a "voice" to send a message to the House, Senate, and Executive Office...and the response was the President's "Mad Little Boy" speech to us all, and an attempt at legislatively stifling conservative radio (Fairness Doctrine). The response was HOSTILE.

The GOP simply isn't listening. A few observant people saw it before Shamnesty came to a head, but generally nobody in large numbers saw it coming.

The GOP has clearly abandoned us. It takes effort once people recognize they've been abandoned, and I think too many people turned a blind eye to what they simply didn't want to believe. We have ourselves to blame for this mess, because we're essentially lazy and slovenly politically.

Like it or not, this is a very one sided race now. We can banter and debate the merits of McCain over Obama or Hillary, but the sad fact is that no GOP contender has any bearing in this now. Just read over any number of these "meltdown threads" and this becomes painfully obvious.

This race is completely between DNC contenders now.
