“HUCKABEE, FOR ALL of his glibness, is striking much closer to the bedrock of philosophical conservatism than his critics. If conservatism is not about conserving principles that originate in reality — a reality that comes from God and is made known to man through his reason — then what good is it?” - George Nuemayr

Gov Romney it’s time to endorse Huckabee and throw him your delegates. Campaign with him if you are serious about stopping McCain.

How will offering amnesty to, and then allowing floods of illegal immigrants into the country, who will then turn around and vote for ‘rats so that they can get even more “entitlements” at the expense of the taxpayers, “conserve” anything?

Tax Hike Mike bears a greater resemblance to fool's gold than to bedrock.

I can just see it now. The White House will be stripped bare when “President Huckster” leaves office. He’ll steal everything that isn’t nailed down. He will accept bribes. It’ll be lovely.

I don't think Huckabee would accept Romney's endorsement.

Too much hubris.

His unexpected success early on seems to have gone to his head.

I think one of the main reasons he stayed in the election through Super Tuesday because of his strong dislike of Romney.

He may stick it out now just because if anything happens to McCain he might somehow win.

Hell no. After the WV corruption deal, not a single Romney delegate shall go to Huckabee.

Problem with that is Huck isn't any better. A Christian Socialist nanny-stater who can't wait until he can put the full force of the Federal Government behind his leftist programs.
