I see. This has been positively surreal. After listening to Christian Conservatives bitch for decades about the Republican Establishments bigotry towards them, to watch them turn right around and express the same bigotry towards their only viable candidate simply because of his religious views.

We fear Romney may betray us. But he at least is campaigning on the Reagan legacy. We know McCain/Huckabee will betray us. Both of them are currently campaign on betraying at least some Conservative principals.

Or do you believe Mr $ 50. a gallon gas tax hike McCain or Mr Nation wide smoking ban endorsed by the teachers union Huckabee are going to magically morph into Conservatives if they get elected?

Name for me 3 politicians who won and election and moved to the right in the last 70 years? Both your guys start father Left then Romny does. Actually believe they are going to move any way back towards you if elected?

Johnnie, I really don't know why the voters have not been more receptive to Romney. Speaking for myself, I see him as a guy (1) who WAS willing to say or do pretty much whatever it took to become governor of a very liberal state and (2) who IS now willing to say or do pretty much whatever it takes to become president.

What is the attraction? Why am I supposed to get excited about him?
