Remember when the Clintons came from Arkansas to Washington, they didn’t even own their own home and other than Bill’s El Camino also didn’t own a car. Now Hillary is worth $41 million ....wonder how she got those millions?

The most dangerous part of this is that the family wealth has come mostly from Bill Clinton’s foreign speaking engagements in places like Red China and Dubai. The money goes into his pocket from foreign interestshe puts it into a joint account, it turns into Hillary money, and she gives it to her campaign. There is an unlimited supply to this; as other Freepers have point out, there may not be any restriction of a foreign interest giving money to a spouse. I am also quite confident that Cinton, Inc. made hte money untraceable.

The worst part of this is that it may not be illegal if it is washed through a joint account first. Thank you, McCain-Feingold.

Wonderful that she was able to do this after a life of public service.

Re: ...Senator Clinton loaned her campaign $5 million...

Hell, Her Ankleship... never earned that money anyway and she and Bill will "not earn" zillions more before they turns their toes up, so what is the big deal? She and Bill have shown over and over again that they are above the law we common folks have to obey.

The best thing McCain could do is to bankrupt Hillie and Willie. I would consider that an acceptable outcome.

She is investing Peter pauls money!
Exposing Hillary’s Illegalities In Los Angeles Court To Begin Feb. 21!

The Hillary Clinton Accountability Project will shortly launch its fundraising drive to raise $500,000 to support the most important citizen’s legal initiative of 2008. The landmark civil fraud suit of Paul v Clinton et al which the California Supreme Court ordered to proceed against the Clintons, Grammys Producer Gary Smith and Clinton agent Jim Levin, will be set for trial and a discovery schedule at a special conference to be held in Los Angeles Superior Court on February 21, 2008.

The first law suit in American history to bring a President and a Senator to court for defrauding the Senator’s largest campaign donor and his public company will be set for trial and discovery at the Case Management Conference before Judge Munoz. Discovery and depositions of key witnesses, including the Clinton family, Al Gore, Ed Rendell, Terry McAuliffe, Harold Ickes, Howard Wolfson, Kelly Craighead, Barbara Streisand, Brad Pitt, Larry King, Mike Wallace among an array of political and entertainment leaders, will present an inside look at a culture of corruption that will shock the public.

Although this story has been widely reported, I can’t help but noticing that none of the “reporters” have questioned how hillary came up with an extra $5mil on a US Senator’s salary.

A blog response to the news of this "loan" to herself which she wants paid back to her by others:
