Yankee RINOS ...the South has had not problem voting for Carter and Clinton. Is it ok if the liberals are southerners?
Carter hardly counts, as before the Reagan Coalition the South was one big Democrat voting bloc. But in regard to both, I would like to see the data you rely on that says Southern Republicans voted for Clinton and Carter. Link plz?
