I didn’t. I said he should stay in the race and force a deadlocked convention. Now I say Romney should do the same. Hope he doesn’t drop out. Praying for deadlock.

If you want a deadlocked convention, Romney needs to exit. It is clear that Huckabee and Romney are splitting the conservative vote which gives McCain the edge in a lot of states including Texas. If Huckabee drops out, polls have shown that most of his support would go to McCain sweeping him to victory. If Romney drops out, it is possible that much of his support will vote against McCain. Its unlikely, though not impossible, that Huckabee would pass McCain and win the nomination, but its entirely possible that he would win many of the remaining states and keep McCain from getting the nomination.

It wont happen. McCain got more than 50% of delegates today.

He will win. Period.
