People fail to mention what a horrible state Arkansas was in due to the Guy Tucker years...infrastructure was let go...so at least the state was better off infrastructure wise & GOP party remnant wise than was the Bay State...still, not exactly "shining" stars on the GOP hill. (We better start grooming somebody who can pull us together in 2011-2012).
