No, Texas is not WTA but I am telling you it is not as conservative as it once was....Farmers are going to vote Clinton, and John McVain just won Arizona so it is pretty much over.. it is McVains baby... and I will not vote for him.

“Mitt bragging on CNN about how the three places he has lived have all voted for him.”

McCain barely held Arizona...Romney may win Co and do well in California...he’ll have more points than Huckster the one issue rent-a-preacher from Arkansas...”I didn’t raise taxes, I raised hope....” lmao

What emerges from this Super Tuesday is what went in: 3-man race.

"I heard many Republicans say that they voted for Obama to stop Hillary."

I would have done it the other way around; I fear Obama more than Hillary, both as an oppenent and as a president.

Wow! What a turnout!

I was impressed with the number of people at my caucus that were first-timers and very passionate about their beliefs, i.e. not poseurs.

Conservatives in this state are fired up!

Go Mitt!

Mitt Romney is the only one who is capable of carrying the conservative mantle at this point...

Romney could pull out a win in CA but it is not a winner take all state.

I love reading everyone’s report of what happened when they showed up at their precinct to vote, but may I make one suggestion: please be sure to say in what state and city you are reporting. Otherwise, it doesn’t mean much.

I am in So Cal - Riverside County, very conservative area. The workers said it had been steady all day, but not overwhelming. I voted for Romney because I feel he had the best shot of beating McCain. If I had to, I could vote for Huckabee (but personally, a preacher playing a electric guitar up on stage is really a poor example as far as I’m concerned).

But I just don’t know if I could ever vote for the backstabbing McCain.

Not to mention a sellout, stupid and speech defective.

Sounds like you were listening to Mitt as well. He sounded great, fired up and ready to go. McCain would be such a disaster for this country and this tired party.

The establishment fears Romney.... what? That he would lose the south and the plains to the Democrats?

Turnout has sucked in many red states and Romney with all his money has done terrible in those areas. He is unelectable. Get over it.

anything new from Arizona?

According to CNN, it's been called for McCain over Romney 51/29 with 23% reporting.

Which means we’re back in business.

What we’re seeing here is a divided party:

The Northern Tier and the West are going Romney.
The South is generally going Huckabee’s way.
And the Republicans in Name Only in the blue states are voting McCain.

We may have a brokered convention yet.

“What emerges from this Super Tuesday is what went in: 3-man race.”

Actually what went in was “McCain has it wrapped up”, now it’s a 3-man race, that’s why McCain is the big loser tonight.

It’s like he was ahead by 5 games to Romney and 10 games to Huckabee in June, and now it’s August and the three teams are tied for first place.
