- Romney - 41%
- Huckabee - 33%
- McCain - 16%
- Paul - 10%
West Virginia is winner-take-all, so Romney gets 18 delegates out of the deal.
One down, 20 to go!
You’re more than welcome to root for Suckabee, but you’re in a distinct minority here.
It’s sad that this is what it’s come down to.
I’ve planned on voting Romney since Fred withdrew from the contest.
It will be interesting to talk with other people here in Minnesota this evening. I, for one, am angry.
Fine, you have a lot of company.
Yes I are a person that likes issues debated. That’s who I are.
Sorry to upset you.
LOL and I didn’t ask for any personal help from you!
You are a liar.
Sure, McDole is free to pimp himself so the Huckster can win WV just as he is free to pimp himself to the liberal RATs to co-sponsor liberal legislation. Here is the deal, if you want to go to the voting booth smelling like urine to vote for McDole after he pisses on you for the last 8 years, go right ahead. Perhaps that is why some of you are going to hold your noses when you vote for him, so you can not smell the urine all over yourselves.
On another post, there were HUGE lists of current and former politicians endorsing McDole and it just sounds like the SAME OLD THING coming down the pike instead of what everyone wants...CHANGE!
I kind of like it when Ann Coulter told it like it is. It was something along the line of voting for Hillary instead of McDole since you will get the same liberal policies (e.g. McCain-Feingold, McCain-Kennedy, McCain-Lieberman) without the responsibility!
If Romney wins TN and/or MO, he should select either Gov. Blunt (MO) or Rep. Marsha Blackburn (TN).
‘How do you figure? Because Huckabee raised “hope” instead of “fees”? Huckabee didn’t institute socialized health care scheme that’s already running a $400 million deficit, like Romney did.’
Huckabee’s been clear about his desire to use government to advance ‘Christian’ goals like helping the poor. Wealth redistribution by any other name...
As to Romney’s health care plan, I hope he’s learned from his mistakes. I don’t particularly trust either of them, but I find Romney marginally more credible. Something about Huck strikes me as simply slimy.
This has been the case at least since SC, if not NH.
Conservatives are being rolled big time, and seem powerless to stop it.
Thanks a bunch, KansasGirl...I figured the RINOs were well-ensconced in KA...Kris is a future conservative rock star, believe me! We LOVE him in anti-Invasion land...
oyeh
“No, the HUGE story is that by the end of today, Mike Huckabee will probably have more delegates than Mitt Romney, after having been outspent about 20-1.
What does that tell you??”
Tells me you’ve been hittin’ the crack pipe. Hard.
Hucka-TRAITOR
Well,
This back room crap today in West Va. just pushed me over the edge. The republican party is not my party any longer. Both my wife and I will be registering independent as soon as it’s physically possible and the republicans will not get any more of our money.
Sure we are only two people but our party has abandoned us. It’s time for a REAL conservative party to step up to the plate and let our conservative voices be heard with honor and dignity and in the way they conduct themselves.
I weep today for this country.
Eggxactly, gruna, my friend...A TRIPLE TEAM!! Talk about dirty tricks...
It’s truly sad that the GOP has moved so far from the conservatives.
What are "straight vote caucus states"? What does that mean? You mean primary states? Primary states have more than 1000 people participating (like who did in WV). There is no evidence that Romney can reach 50%+ in any state other than Utah, really.
