Here we go...
The Democrat nominee needs 2,025 to win.
The Republican nominee needs 1,191 to win.
Had to read it twice to get the meaning, your sense of humor may save you.
Just got back...voted for Romney in Illinois. The disaster that awaits us if a Dem or McCain wins in November is so far off my hands. I hope I have Romney to vote for in the general, otherwise it’s third party for me and I don’t want to do that.
Thank you, pollywog!!
All eight. I discounted those who chose to pull out and walk away. I pulled the lever for Mitt - a choice between McCain, Huckabee and Romney is not much of a choice. Let’s have ONE primary day for everyone. I hate that others drove out candidates that I would have liked. Voting for them after they gave up is fruitless.
And yet, your post refers to nothing but his faith. Honestly - were Romney the very image of Ronald Reagan, save for his Morman beliefs, would you vote for him?
You are one very informed voice and we will be praying for your success. Thanks for helping the cause.
My ballot had all 8 Mitt Choices!
It was tough to wade through. It included:
1. Pro Choice Mitt
2. Pro Life Mitt
3. Gay Rights Advocate Mitt
4. Traditional Marriage Mitt
5. Anti 2nd Amendment Mitt
6. Lifetime Hunter Mitt
7. Government Mandates Mitt
8. Improved Mitt with Less Gov’t Control
Unfortunately, the ballot only let’s you pick 3 of the Mitts
- everything else you get is like a box of chocolates...
Every “conservative” I know voted for Romney...however...most conservatives vote weeks in advance which means a lot of burned votes on Guiliani, etc.
I agree with you Mitt over McCain.. but I choose Huckabee over Mitt
See post #4;
LOL...from your keyboard to God’s ear.
I voted for Mitt, too. ;)
It’s all I have left. LOL. (btw, I am a housewife, you know)
I don’t remember what poll it was - and now it’s gone from their website.
I have my fingers crossed to today. Rush said, though, that the early states will go to McCain. And the MSM will be telling us that it’s over, don’t bother to vote. I hope people don’t fall for that (again).
I did NOT vote for McDole.
I did NOT vote for any other RINO.
I did NOT vote for any Democrat, Socialist, Stalinist or collectivist.
I voted FOR a conservative Republican.
Duncan Hunter is my choice, and I have no need to make any apologies to anyone, including myself.
No line experienced in Palo Alto (s.f. bay area) this morning while voting. Very odd considering I had to wait 20 minutes the last time I voted.
It applies to the Huckster as well.
My only point is this is a fast moving thread and perhaps it might serve us not to get into religious discussions here. I don’t have a problem with Mitt’s religion- nor with Huck’s for that matter.
Not intending to step on toes...
I appreciate very much your support for Duncan Hunter.. I actually voted for Huckabee at the request of Duncan Hunter :) — I am one of the ORIGINAL Hunter’s Rangers :)
