What does naturalism explain? And what does naturalism produce that can’t be produced by science with a different philosophical basis?

Everything that science has produced. Period.

Name an exception. Name something produced by science using anything other than the assumption that phenomena are regular and lawful over time.

That's not naturalism. Naturalism addresses the cause.

There's nothing in believing that God created everything that implies or states that physical phenomena are not regular and lawful over time. It was that belief that let Newton conclude that the universe was orderly and could be understood.
