I saw Tom Petty in concert in 1991. It was the same night of the first game of the world series between Atlanta-Minnesota. This was the first time the braves were ever in a world series. One guy had a little tv set. Between songs we’d look over to see what the score of the game was.

I kinda like Petty’s slower stuff, such as “There goes my girl” and “Last Dance with Mary Jane”. But his “American Girl” rocks!
