Some would like to see him drawn and quartered for doing something every coach in the NFL has attempted to do - namely get a competitive edge on their opposition. Again, you don’t think that coaches on the sidelines were covering their mouths and faces during the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s because of Bill Bellichick do you? Come off it with your hatred for one man caught while giving a free pass for many others not. He paid the price, and his team didn’t benefit from it. The Pats will feel the pain of that error in judgment in April when they are short a 1st round pick that could have been used to draft a DB, LB, OL or WR that could replace departing or retiring players.
