Wow, that’s tough!! Almost a civil war..... We have a fair amount of NY/MA intermixing in my extended family and in-laws, but almost no sports fans, so it hasn’t been any problem! I’m usually the only one who cares (for the Boston teams) and for everyone else it’s a big yawn, whatever the sports season. Since I now live 2200 miles away from New England I don’t know why I still care, but somehow I do.....

Well, also because today the N.E. Patriots play against the N.Y. Giants, there is also a rivalry there between these two Bozo in-laws — but not as bad as the Red Sox vs. Yankees rivalry.

I told my sister that this summer I’m traveling to N.H. by myself with our son and that my husband is not coming (it just so happens that the weekend that we picked for a family activity is a weekend that my husband has to work, so he wouldn’t have been able to go anyway)

YAY!
