Judging by where the 2008 election appears do be headed it appears he'll have a clear runway for a 2012 run, although personally I hope and pray that by 2012 (if we're still a free nation the way it's going.../s) that the GOP will be back under the control of conservatives and we will have much better choices to select from than this time.
