"If you're looking at substance rather than whether it's an R or a D after his name...If he's our candidate, then Hillary's going to be our girl, Sean, cause she's more conservative than he is. I think she would be stronger on the war on terrorism. I absolutely believe that."
I’m willing to give Coulter the benefit of the doubt on this and assume she’s just saying this in an attempt to derail McCain’s march to the nomination and that if he actually does win, she’ll change her tune.
“Shes being outrageous to make a point.”
Exactly.
put the armed forces at risk? but Mccain voted against the bush tax cuts! He must be punished to send a message!

I guess her point is it’s better to be assaulted from the front by your enemy than stabbed in the back by your friend.
you can broker for mccain all you want.
ps: i am with ann.
No, she's a frickin' genius!
Crazier than a foxy blonde, I'd think.

They not only DO NOT listen to us... they despise us completely.

I see a group of people who, unless the candidate is in 100% pure lockstep on what some have decreed as ‘Conservative’, will (by default) remove themselves from the process, rather than attempt to influence it.
If you don’t like the candidate(s), would it make more sense to turn him into a “Lame Duck” on Day 1?
Accomplish your goals by electing the right congressional candidates. They hold the purse strings to the Federal Government, pass the laws, and confirm judges.
There is another branch of government to work with here.
And of course don’t forget that your State/local governments have more to do with your lives as individuals (or are supposed to based on the 10th Amendment)
If we want strong national defense, we have no choice but to vote for McCain! Obama and Hillary would be a disaster!!!
I would like to point out that McCain is not the nominee yet.
You have lost your mind as well. Want to deal with law suit after law suit with those Clintons? There are already several started. And somehow the taxpayer will be footing the bill. Want to pay more taxes; that is a given from her and Billy Boy. Want to see national security put indefinitely on the back burner?? Want to pull out of ME and have these crazies come over here and reek havoc in our streets and shopping malls? Can you remember what the 8 years of Clinton were like. That is why a lot of us joined FR in the first place. The nation was consumed with Bill’s antics and most of them had nothing to do with running the nation. Want the military on a crash course? I would not have picked McCain either, but given him or her, supporting her is a disaster!
Quite correct.
It does not mean I will support Hillary but I am not naive enough not to know by not voting for McCain it is a defacto vote for Hillary, I will live with it.
I am just tired of having to choose between the lesser of two evils.
We on this forum often wondered why some Democrat voting blocks remain supporting the Democrats as they walk all over them. Well now we know why, as we have many on this forum expressing the same feelings towards their Republican leaders. Republicans good, Democrats bad, so if they have a "R" after their name, vote for them.
Well no more, I have had enough. I will vote for the person that best represent my views and if no such person is running, I will not vote.
If I wanted to write in a loser candidate, I'd write in McCain ... but since I'd rather be lit on fire than vote for the RINO asshat, I guess I'll have to pass on saving the day this go-round.
