No. It’s not related to the Muslim religion. After all, even Muslims war with each other all the time.
What he’s saying is that Hillary and all Dems who voted for the resolution to authorize the use of force under which the President invaded Iraq...that they all made a horrible mistake, and that he would propose a bill which would actually rescind or undo that legislation. He isn’t by himself. Other Dems have talked about trying to do the same thing but realized they don’t have the votes.
You might wonder what good it would do them, if Bush were gone and Barack was President and just simply pulled the plug on troops in Iraq, to undo the resolution. Well, they think a Dem President will take office with troops still in Iraq, and the thing to do besides pulling out troops is to repudiate the bill under which they were sent, almost like if you decided to move out of the house you’re living in and you knock down the structural supports as you go, not content with merely leaving. Like you think the house should’ve never been built there.
Hillary wouldn’t likely care for that approach because it would make her look bad for voting for a resolution that later was repudiated by vote.
