NumbersUSA stated no such thing. They grilled Huckabee on a set of questions to vet out any amnesty weaseling and Huckabee passed. That's why they gave him an "Excellent" rating.

They upgraded his rating based on campaign rhetoric? Pitiful. And I wouldn't trust McCain's definition of 'amnesty' any more that I would trust Clinton's definition of 'sexual relations'.
