He seems to be sprinkling his answers with “buzz words”; conservative, federalist, etc.
If an individual says a word that McCain’s heard the media use, a “buzzword”, it then means what McCain thinks it means even if it doesn’t because McCain seems to be only capable of speaking and comprehending in soundbites.
