You may be right but he often is off his medications.Speaking of medications, the Democratic NM legislature just gutted Gov. Richardson's universal health care proposal -- too costly. King Bill is livid. Several other proposals, even worse [single payer system, state agency decisions on treatment, capping doctors fees, etc.] still on the table, but are likely to suffer the same fate (hopefully).
