Never happen...Soon as the Supreme Court ruling comes down that the homeowner in DC- the armed guard who is the plaintiff- has the right to keep a firearm in his home, that will quash any efforts to grab the guns..They may try other things but putting a total ban on gun ownership just is not going to phappen...The 2nd Amendment is short and very straightforward about that...
