I called the hot line and gave her the details. She said she had received another call previous to mine and that she is aware of this situation. She specifically confirmed to me that such a practice is fraudulent.

I just got through, too. We should all call. The woman I talked to was not aware of it, but she took down the information and said she would call Broward Co. to get them to look into it.
