Well there ya go! All they need to do is start selling cigars, put in a bunch of big screen TVs, add a jukebox, and then get a liquor license.

One of my favorite places was a place that was actually three restaurants in one. Only one part was a "non smoking" place from the git go. The other two allowed smoking, the last part, was a cigar martini bar; had great live bands; small intimate, great smoke eater air handling large screen TV's, great food. But because they shared a common kitchen, the city eventually forced them to go non smoking.
