Let us drill off the coast of California and Florida!!!
We don't have to drill off the Florida coast -- the Cubans and Chinese will do it for us, and sell us "our" oil (at a hefty premium).
What, you say? We won't BUY from them, harumpf? No matter. Oil, like money, is fungible. It won't matter one whit whether or not WE buy it from them.
What WILL matter is that OUR oil will be sucked out from between our toes, and "liberated" by the two remaining doctrinaire communist dictatorships -- while WE play sanctimonious "green" BS games about it. Talk about cutting off one's nose to spite his own face!
As to California? I'm sure "those good people" in Mexico will be more than glad to drill it -- and sell it to us.

I tried to stay awake through the whole peptalk, but thankfully, that didn't work out. So, maybe there was something even worse than what struck me as the high point of the entire farce -- when Exalted Leader proclaimed that he will trust American workers to compete with anyone, anywhere in the world.
