First of all, this was President Bushes bill, he was in support of it big time!

Secondly, have you ever heard of the VETO?

The blame lies with Bush for not exercising his Veto at a minimum.

Think before I post? Yes indeed I think and Bush had a very good bill that was changed by the Democrats in Congress. Bush signed the bill because he got what he could out of the Democrats and they held firm. The Teacher’s Union should have worked harder on the Democrats to get your way.
