It’s far less absurd than everybody suddenly calling Mitt Romney a conservative. History didn’t begin with Romney’s presidential campaign.
I agree Mitt ain't Reagan, which is why I said feel free to call him a RINO. But yes, it is quite absurd to call McCain a conservative.
McCain-Feingold.
McCain-Kennedy.
McCain-Lieberman.
He is not a conservative. Call him your favorite RINO if you like, but calling him a conservative is no more accurate than calling him a ham sandwich.
