This Iammadjohn pronouncement is completely out of line since the islamists are in fact combatting the New World Order. . . . Unless Iran is simply once more asserting its independence from all thing Arab in which case this presages open hostilities with Saudi and Libya. (And Iraq)
Hardly so. The Mullah Islamic Regime is eradicating non-islamic Persian culture at every turn. They even try to arabify the language and their preoccupation with Palestinians has deserved them the "arab lover" label by real Persian Iranians.
