I’m afraid after losing Hunter, then Thompson that I’m heading in the same direction as Liz Cheney.
I just wish Romney could pick up Thompson.
Or John Bolton
:~ )

Romney appears to be the default fall back position for many Conservatives right. I don’t think it will be enough in the General, but at least we tried.

I'm sure Mary Cheney will endorse him also since he has been such an active supporter of the sick liberal gay agenda.

Mary isn’t important.
Picking up Liz Cheney, as a senior foreign policy adviser, is.

” I dont think it will be enough in the General”
It could be. I think his choice of a runningmate is extremely important - a make or break.
Also, a republican win will depend upon terrorist activity, especially in europe. (hopefully not here)

The GOP really screwed us this time. What exactly does that mean?
To: Terpfen
All we have to do now is figure out how Lynne Cheney is a RINO, sold out, or senile, and we can dismiss this endorsement too!

I didn’t say the Huckster; I am voting for Hunter.

That is exactly the problem....when it's all about winning even when it means surrendering your core conservative values (assuming you have any), then the party loses and the conservative movement loses.

I just hope Romney isn’t embracing Liz and her husband, Phil Perry, who was head council for homeland security and a lobbyist for Lockheed Martin and messed up everything he was involved in. Liz and the State Dept didn’t do much better.
