Fox just showed a bunch of black people in a diner cheering when it was announced on TV that Obama was winning. It was like they were cheering their favorite football team. I’ve never seen that kind of reaction about a political candidate before.

I’m not sure it’s such a good thing, given the kind of stuff that sometimes happens when someone’s favorite team wins. To much volatility.

Imagine what would happen if Obama is the candidate against us and he loses. It would be like the reverse of the attitude when OJ was acquitted. We won't hear the end of it for years. Too bad everyone ignores all the good the Republicans have done for blacks.
