For 50 days, Giuliani had the Sunshine State nearly to himself........hes sucked up to Miami's Cuban vote, pandered in Cape Canaveral about the space program, tried to scare retirees in South Florida. There he is riding in a fire truck in a Miami parade, trailed by angry firefighters who blame him for multiple failures when NY was attacked.......in the Panhandle, he's the consummate Yankees fan trying to look down-home on the Redneck Riviera.
Yet, the more they see of Giuliani, the more his poll numbers tank...... Rudys campaign is in meltdown. Amazing how much voters bring up his tawdry personal life. They laugh about Rudy in drag and Rudy when he lived with a gay couple.....in a state full of mothers who live for phone calls from long-distance adult children, theres one thing they cant abide Rudys wreck of a family life......people roll their eyes over the story of how Giulianis third wife picked him up in a cigar bar while he was still married to the second Mrs. Hizzoner.
I heard no end of condemnation over the mayors estrangement from his two children. He spent more than anyone but Mitt Romney in NH, and finished a distant fourth. And as Michael Powell and Russ Buettner documented in a remarkable piece in the Times earlier this week, Giuliani ruled by crushing anyone who dared to cross him.

He's the hand-picked lapdog of The Endless War Hopefuls.
You’re right
Good, that is what you are going to get.
Not all but alot to be sure.I am and will remain disgusted.
Rudy appears to dislike campaigning although he thrives well when holding office. Although he admits it his pro-abortion stance hurts him. He needed to campaign vigorously outside of Florida. He may be a good choice for VP IMHO.
An uncommon wisdom nowadays. My compliments.
Boy, it is almost enough to make me support Rudy Giuliani, an article like this from the New York Times.
If they are against it, I am almost always for it.
Whatever it is.
" Washington, Jefferson, Franklin, Hamilton and yes Giuliani "
What name does NOT belong in this series?
Rudy puts Rudy first.
Rudy would be a great president, and the GOP races needs him on Super Tuesday.
You are so right. The NYTimes would never criticize Hillary like this.
There are faint rumblings from the Chamber of Commerce, some businesses, locals, etc. to get rid of the Redneck Riviera name. They are even talking down Spring Break.
With the small beach motels gone and condos not renting to anyone under 25, it might happen.
Lord Deliver US if the Nominee is McCain..............amen.
I noticed Rudy’s compatriots treated him with kid gloves at last night’s debate. I think they felt guilty for taking his votes.

Tortoise Romney has inched by Hare Rudy.
It’s a classic tale.
“And he doesn’t p*ss on conservatives with nearly the enthusiasm that McCain and Huckabee do”
THANK YOU!!! I have been trying to nail it for weeks, just why these two grate on me.
Going too upscale will ruin the charm of PCB. And raise the prices.
BTW, we stay at Long Beach Resort on Front Beach Rd. Love it there.
Rudy’s UBER-Liberal Past has caught up with him, just like many of us predicted it would back when FreeRepubic was crawling with Rudy-Bots!
