If the Republican Party is going to be the vehicle by which conservatives can turn things around, then it is time for the drivers to realize that it needs to be reworked. It is running badly and pulling hard to the left. A combination of denial and panic is keeping it from being fixed.

Well, no one questions that, but it will have to be done from the ground up.

And having Democrats running the country is not an option.

And having Democrats running the country is not an option.

Having liberal/socialists of any flavor running the country isnt an option, but thats the only choices weve been given.

My 17 year old has little to no clue about how things used to be in this country regarding moral standard values and the governments proper role in it.

Repeatedly pulling a 'consent' lever for nanny state socialist politicians instead of demanding responsible action [rather than poll data lip service ] is just still going down the wrong road, maybe a little slower, but going to hell in a handbasket nonetheless.

No human is perfect or will make everyone happy on every issue, but the desire to cherry pick in an effort to find a few good qualities, instead of rolling out the tar and feathers, shows how far down that road weve gone. If the ship aint righted before the next generation gains the demographic, we might as well pull the plug...

How do we force this change within the system? I have held my nose and voted, many times, and that doesnt seem to do anything but slow the bleeding, so please offer another solution before the reset button is nessesary...
