Yes, BUT...Mitt doesn’t have to negotiate with a democrat senate to get something through. I wish he hadn’t caved regarding making the tax cuts permanent; and I snicker at Brian’s question in the first place: “Bush’s plan” when he knows full well it is a negotiated plan with the idiots in congress.
GWB's plan is always the same -- throw an excessive amount of taxpayer dollars at the problem. He can't be beat at spending other people's money.
