Probably not, actually. I think that if things came to a head, President Hillary would respond extremely violently, albeit out of political expediency and pridefulness.
The problem is that her violent response would be ill-considered, and maybe even irrational, to the point where the long-term effects would be more damaging than if she'd done nothing.
