“Reading isn’t that hard”

DARRRRRRRRRR!!!

“Officer Matthew Parco was behind Merola in line and had received his drink; he asked her to move up so he could get around her but she didn’t respond”

His boss indicated he approached her because she was parked illegally and not because he couldn’t move. The right side of the drive thru is open, unless it was blocked by other cars thereis no reason he could not have gotten around her.

Read what it says, not what you think it should say

She was told to move and that they would bring her food to her - first - by the property owners legal representative, the employee, because she was blocking their business from doing its business.

She was legally obligated to move from that point on.

When the cop asked her to move again she refused.

This isn’t rocket science.

The fact that the cop continued to try to get her to move instead of arresting her on the spot for refusing both the employees and his orders shows some restraint, not the other way around.
