I’ve started to see a trickle of people start saying in threads that they are going to support Paul because he is the only candidate left who supports the concept of small government.

Should we surrender the war on terror in exchange for smaller government? I’m all for smaller government, but pacifism is the last thing that we need right now.

“Should we surrender the war on terror in exchange for smaller government?”

What war on terror?

Our borders are wide open.

We send Palestinian Fatah terrorists arms and money, and encourage them by pressuring Israel to give up half of Jerusalem - after we forced them out of Gaza, giving Hamas a huge victory. Now we pressure Israel to send fuel and food to Hamas who shoots missiles at them every day.

We continue to let thousands of military age male Muslim foreign exchange students into our country year after year.

We import Muslim somnali tribesmen as “refugees” by the boatload. Here in Phoenix, they all seem to work at the airport. I’m not kidding.

So much for, fight them over there so we don’t have to fight them here.

“I’m all for smaller government, but pacifism is the last thing that we need right now.”

What’s the alternative, borrow another $ trillion from China to use to fight their client, Iran? Then the dollar can fall further down the sinkhole and we’ll really lose.

That’s a serious question, btw. Not rhetorical.

We have national guard protecting Iraq’s border. Why not ours?

We aren’t taking the threat seriously now.

What Paul proposes is a net improvement. It took me a while to come to that conclusion, but I think the facts support it.
