Rep. Linder is a blasphemous maroon.

I worked for President Reagan. I’m probably going to be ill.

Hickabee is to Reagan as I am to an astronaut.
......not likely.

Huckabee doesn't want to lower income taxes. He wants to abolish them - Is this the only reason Linder thinks Huckabee is like Reagen? This pie-in-the-sky-never-gonna-happen pipedream? What BS.

Hickabee is to Reagan as I am to an astronaut. ......not likely. Yeah, Huck could be the next Reagan. And I could be the first man on Mars. Ain't neither one gonna happen.

When you look at the many fine candidates seeking the Republican nomination for president, who do you believe can best speak to those Reagan Democrats? I believe that candidate is Mike Huckabee.
I think he is dead on. Huckabee is the only person who can get Reagen Democrats. And he is a true conservative.

Does anyone know what Neal Boortz thinks of Huck being the “Fair Tax” candidate? My guess is that libertarian Boortz is completely embarrased.
To: nckerr
Linder is simply an anti-Mormon bigot trying to stop Romney.

Let’s just assume you’re not so high on meds that you can’t even discern what color is the sky. Please, oh, please, *DO* enlighten all of us, HOW exactly is someone who sixtupled (yes, 6x) the government size of his home state (went from 1B to 6B/year), is like Reagan.
I really want to hear this. Seriously.

Methinks he isn’t the only one! There are many bigots who wouldn’t pass the open-mind smell test....especially here on FR.

You hit the nail right on the head. Linder (and Neal Boortz) support Huckabee because he's committed to the Fair Tax. I happen to like the idea of the Fair Tax in principle, but I have never been and will never be a single issue voter. There are far too many reasons
not to vote for Huckabee, regardless of his stance on taxation.
I'm praying at this point that we nominate anyone except Huckabee or McCain (I don't include Paul in that, because I have as much chance of being nominated as he does, and because no one in their right mind takes him seriously)
