Giuliani on Cavuto: Mccain is not a supply side guy, he cant understand how taxes can be cut in a time of war, and he doesnt understand that when the right taxes are cut revenue rises........ maybe its because he’s been in the legislature and has never had to work on a budget, i dont know, but that is why people feel shaky on him and his belief when it comes to the economy and taxes
