His doesn’t-know-when-to-quit joke telling IMHO shows a real lack of maturity and knowledge of the boundaries of polite discourse. Coupled with his bending, fudging, or outright breaking of the rules regarding certain financial issues while he was governor, casts a discernible shadow on his character.
