He is the only candidate to mention Letters of Marque and Reprisal for Al Quaeda etc... as to Paul’s “terrorist” comments he often is referring to viewpoints expressed by the former CIA AL Quaeda Expert, Mihael Scheurer, who wrote “Imperial Hubris” and “In The Eyes of Our Enemy”...which are then demogouged to no end by lightweights(IMO) like Sean Hannity...
