Yup, it was interesting for awhile, but the fact is, Fred just didn’t motivate people enough to vote for him, which is/was a shame.

When Fred got in the race I speculated that voters may have difficulty separating Sen Thompson from N.Y. County DA Authur Branch. More specifically, it would be hard for Fred to step out side of his Branch character and voters would expect to see the guy from Law & Order and not who Fred actually is.
