I think I'll just STAY AT HOME!!!!
Throwing the election to Democrats with at least 2 Justices retiring, the war, economy, and socialized insurance for all won't be a great result IMO.
Lets wait till the summer and see how all this is going to work out.
Of course I wouldn't have minded a strong conservative in all areas representing Republicans this year. I think they would have kicked @ss in the election.
Thompson shot himself in the foot for not staying more in front of the camera for months when people were hot to look at him as a candidate. He went out of sight, out of mind! That is too bad, I liked him.
Edwards is working hard with Hillary to beat Obama, which leads me to conclude a probably Hillary / Edwards ticket.

On Mitt: I’m looking for another GWB but with better sense on the border and immigration issues and better business sense on keeping our jobs in this country. Oh, and a better speaker, LOL!

"On Mitt: Im looking for another GWB but with better sense on the border and immigration issues and better business sense on keeping our jobs in this country. Oh, and a better speaker, LOL!" Great minds think alike. That is what I figured out and said many months ago. I said he'd be better on fiscal issues too. Romney won't be afraid to veto big spending bills, something Bush forgot, and promised at CPAC to limit total Govt spending. ... I think I described it as "Another GWB, only smarter and more articulate and better on immigration and spending"
Which on balance is not bad. Yes, we can do worse than - McCain, Hillary, Obama, all would be worse than that.

"less unacceptable than treasonous socialists."
I don't know. That's what I'm considering.
When the toilet is full of crap, and no one is owning up to doing it, the stench will cause someone to flush it.
The stench of treasonous socialists... might anger the real conservative base just enough, to cause a new leader to rise.
After all ... crap.... is the best fertilizer you can get.

Well, that's no all bad.
But is that a newly found position for him, or does it have a history?

Normally I’d agree...but these simply aren’t normal times!
I’d also very much hate to see Iraq abandoned, especialy on the verge of victory.
Also, remember when Bubba was so upset cause his legacy was Monica, but Bush’s will be his response to 9-11?
Right wing conspiracy and all, what better time to salvage his legacy vicariously through the beest?
Nah...any Republican is better than any hypocrat.

Hillary want him to win our primary.
She could blast him out of the water in two minutes. Hillary has NO scruples.

I suggest you go to his site and get the information straight from the horse’s mouth, rather than rely on what I say his positions are.

Honestly, how much difference do you think there would be between McPain and Hillary?
Not much.

Apparently a lot of Republicans want him to be the candidate too. With all this baggage he would be easy meat for Hillary or Obama. They would never have to say a word about the worst things. The MSM and "unrelated to the campaign" groups could do all the dirty work. The Dem candidate can concentrate on his less controversial negatives.
