Hillary says that the Pres cant bind the US to a treaty w/o asking the Congress. How do “we the people” fit into her little ivory tower??

I'm saying that do you think she would do anything different? I realize that the Congress checks the Pres in treaties and the like, my contention is that big Gov Hillary thinks she is the end all be all, and she wouldn't think twice about upending the US Const. in the same type of ways.
