Who pays payroll taxes but no income taxes?

There are some employees who pay payroll taxes, but NO income taxes. HOWEVER they do fill out and receive BACK, for money they have not paid into a thing called EARNED INCOME TAX. They can get up to $4200,00 to $4800.00 depending. Check it out, it’s not hard to find, I did, and I’m no whiz bang with taxes.

Most any low wage earner (say, 10K single, 20K with wife and a kid or two). The Reagan/Bush tax cuts really sdid benefit the low-inomce the most, as it took most of those people completely off the rolls. But you pay social security on nickel #1, at the full rate (and, the dems have just started noticing (only when GOP in power) that the worker really pays both his share and the employer’s, so social scurity takes about 15% of first 90K, not just 7.5%
