Get used to saying "President Clinton" again.

Hillary does NOT have heart-felt support from Democrats, which is an essential element of any campaign.

She and Slick are alienating a lot of Bomb-o Brack-a supporters by their subconscious race-baiting attacks. THAT will detract from any potential support big time.

On the other hand, Romney has gotten a LOT of support from strong and influential conservatives... because Romney IS a great promoter of the conservative message.

And because we are certain he can win.

Romney is likable. He is smart as a whip. His business message is timed perfect, considering Iraq will be less of an issue.

Also, Romney takes no gruff from smarmy reporters, which has many the GOP base cheering.

I know I sound like a broken record, but Romney's record is fairly conservative. Did he make some dumb statements in 1993/1994 when running against uber-Lib Ted Kennedy? Yep.

But he got good governance marks from all ProLife groups, from low-tax and conservative business watchdog groups, and even from the NRA he got a B+ ...

So this crap about Romney being a lib is just that... Crap!

The only thing that could yet spare us of the odious slogan “President Clinton” is if she should decide a year from today that she wants a fresh start and will be known as “President Rodham”.

Going forward in Florida and beyond, every vote for Thompson or Huck and not for Romney is a vote for John McCain to the be GOP candidate for President.

And he’ll choose Huck to be VP - they’ve been thick as thieves through this entire horror show.

Romney’s a “Focus Group” candidate, who ran for Governor in MA as a Liberal, as a stepping stone to running for President. His conversion to conservative values began about two years ago, just prior to formally announcing his intentions to run for President.

As a lifelong gun-owners supporter, he joined the NRA in 2006.

Government mandated health care, including subsidized abortions, is now part of his Conservative platform.

Here is Conservative Romney, a few years (not 1994) prior to his conversion...

I know I sound like a broken record, but Romney's record is fairly conservative.

Not "fairly" enough.

He supported gun confiscation in Massachusettes, the "assault" weapons ban, and was terrible on the abortion issue.

Moreover, I have not been impressed with his lack of integrity on the campaign trail.

I won't support him.
