Reading over this and similar threads, it seems like the candidate that conservatives need to rally behind is Mitt Romney. Romney is okay with Rush and he should be okay with the rest of us. Oh, and get over any religious fixations. If need be I will try to find a FUnnie Steven Wright comedy routine on that subject that puts that into proper perspective.
To paraphrase a Marine Colonel in Vietnam to all you folks torn by the duality of man and into that Jungian thing:
Then how about getting with the program? Why don't you jump on the team and come on in for the big win?
You call getting behind Romney and the GOP who has been leaning leftward for since 2000' is going for the big win?
I don't think so.
