McCain may not be the top conservative choice but he is far better than any Democrat out there. He is strongly pro-life and was for a surge in Iraq way before the President even was. He staked his candidacy on it.

[No Income Tax]

McCain is NOT a conservative. How is McCain different from Hillary or Obama? He sides with the democrats on too many key issues. Despite his military background and his stated stance on Iraq, I see him as the most likely candidate to cave in to the democrats' demands to bring home the troops. I do not trust the man.

How the republican party reached a point where this liberal republican is a serious threat to be the nominee is an embarrassment.
