Didn’t he vote for all of the judges put forth by Bush. He supported his SC nominations.

Gang of 14. No McCain did not support all of Bush’s Judge nominations.

McCain does what he must to stay in the GOP, where there's a clearer path to the Presidency he believes he's entitled to. He votes for Bush's SCOTUS nominees, then trades away the party's right to end the unprecedented use of the confirmation filibuster for a rotten compromise deal that had already been rejected by the Majority Leader. He maintains a mostly pro-life voting record, while taking state Right to Life organizations to court to silence their election year efforts against pro-abortion democrats. He votes against the AWB, then co-sponsors a bill to close the "gun-show loophole", bringing us one step closer to full gun registration. And he's done more than any living American to dismantle the First Amendment, under the guise of ethical reform.

McCain's actions consistently undermine his rhetoric and his votes. The end result of every bi-partisan joint venture with John McCain's signature on it is a democrat victory, every single time. The idea that this man can be trusted on judges, or anything else, defies all logic and all available evidence.
